New Starter Evolutions and My Opinion!

The newest CoroCoro has been shown, and so has new Pokemon X and Y info! This time with the starter's evolutions, but… Hng! Not the final evolutions.

This is ''Teerunna'', Fennekin's evolution. It can learn a variety of psychic type moves like Psychic and Psycho Cut. Without a doubt, the final evolution will be Fire/Psychic. At least, that's how I feel. I also like the stick in Teerunna's tail, possibly referencing witch's brooms? Anyway, I like the design!

This is ''Gekogashira'', Froakie's evolution. There's not much I can say, except… Wow, that was unexpected. I was expecting Froakie's evo to look bulkier than this, but I actually think the design is pretty darn awesome, and it got me interested in Froakie as a starter.

This is ''Hariboogu'', Chespin's evolution. It has a diverse movepool, with moves like Rollout, Pin Missile, Aerial Ace and even Mud Shot. Urgh… this one's harder to swallow than the other two, considering I'm going with Chespin as a starter. I absolutely hate this guy. It's my least favourite second evolution of all the starters of every Pokemon game. First of all, it looks a bit too much like Pignite for my liking. Second of all, I really wanted its evolution to be Grovyle-esque, like Gekogashira. Third of all, I actually find it VERY ADORABLE AND I WAS KIDDING TJCVGDSCVSAYCVCSAGCVC. I still hope Hariboogu's evo doesn't end up looking like Emboar, though!
